We have managed to acquire
renowned local chef Donald Munro. Donald is proud
of his dishes which specialise in locally caught or produced
seafood, meats and vegetables. He will be offering an a la
carte menu accompanied by a superb selection of fine wines
supplied by T.M. Robertson of Edinburgh. |

The Dining
experience is continued as the dining room has been completely
refurbished in the beautiful muted classic shades by Farrow and
Ball, which complement the mixture of new and antique pieces
such as the stunning antler chandeliers adding grandeur to this
charismatic room. |

Bedrooms have been
upgraded and now contain the wonderful Arran Aromatic welcome
packs. Halkirk Biscuits - another local speciality are
also available in the rooms. |

The Reception and
entrance have also undergone an extensive face lift which will
be continuing until the end of the season, when it will be
opened up with a log fire and cosy log burner in the bar area. |

The Smiddy Bar will
be re-opening in the next few weeks. Be prepared for a
