Keith Dreaves
After 10yrs working back in Liverpool Keith couldn't resist the lure of the county and returned to Caithness in 2000 as manager of a local hotel before returning to the Ulbster Arms as General Manager.
Keith's main ambition (along with his staff) is to make the Ulbster Arms one of the top destinations in Caithness again.
Isobel Cameron
As Assistant Manager and Receptionist, Isobel is our first point of contact with guests, with responsibility for all issues related to reservations and house-keeping.
A key member of our staff, she will make sure that your holiday, function or conference goes smoothly and that you have everything you need to get the most out of your stay.
Mandy Macdonald
Mandy is our Deputy Assistant Manager and Restaurant Host, usually to be found in the dining-room, greeting our guests, allocating tables and supervising service.
She helps create an efficient, relaxed atmosphere where you can settle in comfortably and enjoy some of the finest food available in the North.
