Your home from home
The warmest of welcomes awaits at the Ulbster Arms Hotel and Lodges. Built in 1878 from Caithness stone, the Ulbster Arms Hotel was once the home of the Sinclairs, an important family in Caithness history. It has been a comfortable retreat for fishing, corporate and holiday guests for over 100 years.
With our traditional values and people-focused approach, the whole team at the Ulbster Arms Hotel and Lodges is dedicated to providing a welcoming and consistent environment for our guests.
