Dale Lodge

Dale Lodge is located in the grounds of the Ulbster Arms Hotel, so guests can take a short stroll across the garden to enjoy meals or a drink in the hotel. This large holiday lodge offers nine fresh, modern ensuite bedrooms and free parking right outside the door. If you’re part of a larger party, you can choose to book the entire lodge. Alternatively, those who prefer a more modern environment than is on offer in the main hotel can book individual rooms within this lodge. (If you’re looking for a smaller lodge or one with communal living space, you might want to consider the Ulbster or Milton lodges.)

What's included?

The accommodation comprises seven small ensuite double bedrooms and two ensuite family rooms with a double and a single bed. Each of the contemporary rooms contains a flat-screen TV, high-speed free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities with locally baked biscuits. There’s free parking outside. All room prices include a full Scottish breakfast, with fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereal.

The main hotel building is just a short 50-metre walk away. Hotel facilities include a lounge bar and restaurant, beer garden and cosy library.

Family-friendly and dog-friendly

Dale Lodge is suited to large family groups, as you can book several rooms together, or reserve the whole lodge. Cots are available on request. Our restaurant in the main building offers family-friendly dining options. What's more, the lodge and main hotel are both dog-friendly.
